How Does DIY Work?

JobTracks DIY provides you access to a local candidate database of screened qualified Title candidates active in your local job market over the past year.  Users are able to review their local market and request candidate resumes for the positions they would like to fill.  Upon receipt of resumes- call the candidate, schedule an interview and hire the candidate yourself.  

Licensed users receive:

  • Custom link to their local job market
  • Resume tokens to request candidate resumes with contact information
  • 24 hour turn around on all resume requests.

Everyone of JobTracks' DIY candidates have been screened for recent(past 3 years) Title Insurance experience.  Users will see Candidate's most recent job title and area of residence.

Upon request for candidate information, users will receive via email an unblocked resume containing candidate's full name and either the candidates active phone number, active email address or both if available.  

*Note some Candidates may choose to withhold their phone number or email address from their resume.

Yes.  Unused resume credits rollover monthly and are capped at a maximum of two times your current license credit level allows.

The next steps are up to you.  If this candidate is someone you would like to interview give them a call and set up a meeting.  You are now in control with no job board or recruiting service serving as the intermediary for your communication.
Yes.  For any candidate hired within one year from a resume sent via JobTracks DIY resume service you will owe a one time success fee of $250.  
JobTracks DIY Staffing checks every phone number and email address prior to sending to confirm that they are active and current.  If in the event the information is no longer valid, JobTracks DIY will restore your resume credit.
Yes.  Upon request, JobTracks DIY Staffing will contact candidates meeting your profile and arrange for an interview.  A fee of $175 per interview will be charged upon completion of candidate interview.
